So much joy in one circle at one of our Yoga Haven programs at Tomiyasu Elementary 🤍

At the end of a yoga class, this is what community looks like, connection, laughter, and little hands coming together after movement, breath, and mindfulness. These moments remind us why we do this work, to create safe spaces where kids can slow down, feel supported, and simply be kids.
