Yoga Haven Mission: To empower survivors of trauma through yoga and meditation.

The founders of Yoga Haven are women with an immense passion for yoga and giving back to their community. It was inevitable for them to share the powerful ability of yoga practice to change a negative mentality into a positive one regardless of the level of trauma experienced by an individual. The dedication to yoga practice and meditation leads to personal development in truth, consciousness, and bliss (Sanskrit: Sat Chit Ananda).

36 West CTA students are starting the day off right! 🧘‍♀️ Yessica encourages them to bring the lessons they’re learning from Atomic Habits into their yoga practice.

When asked what they enjoyed most about class, students shared:

“I like practicing dynamic & passive flows because they challenge me in different ways.”

“I love the meditation & breathing. It calms my mind. I feel so relaxed.”

Small habits, meaningful impact. A little movement and a moment of calm can set the tone for the day. 💛
