Wow! We are still beyond words over last night's event! Thank you so much to everyone who came out to support our first big fundraiser. We are just getting started, but all of our big plans to help the students in our community could not be done without your help. Thank you again to everyone that brought school supplies to help Project 150's Success Drive this week as well! We hope you all had as much fun as we did!
An extra special BIG thank you to PublicUs for hosting this special night. The venue was stunning, the food was incredible, your staff was so sweet and helpful. Last night couldn't have happened without you, and we are so proud to have you as part of this historic moment for Raise the Arts.

Are you passionate about the arts? Or are you looking for a way to give back to the youth in our community? This might be just the thing you were looking for. At Raise the Arts, we are working very hard to grow our programs and increase our outreach in the community. We need your passion, support and input to make all of these things happen. We are currently searching for people interested in a board role to help push us to the next level, or just dedicated volunteers looking to help out at events. Raise the Arts would like to acknowledge some brilliant, and talented students here in Las Vegas as part of our Student Spotlight. Students selected to be part of our spotlight are chosen through a sponsorship application process where students can apply for funding and support to continue the pursuit of their art. Today we would like to acknowledge Tori Ramirez! Not only is she excelling in her bio-med program at her school, but she is a beautiful artist. Her art is a reflection of things she connects to in her heart, and uses that passion to fuel her paint brush. She also gives back to the community by using her art to raise money for local charitable organizations. The arts are so crucial to our students' development. It is so much more than just giving them an opportunity to express themselves creatively, but it provides them with the tools to do better and the pride in taking ownership of their own academic success! Las Vegas's art culture is so diverse and beautiful. We need to share that with our students and encourage them to grow. We need to Raise the Arts!
