Shoot for a Cure

Shoot for a Cure Since 2003, we are making a difference thru charity sporting clays events coast to coast! Their support keeps the show on the road.

Since 2003, Shoot For A Cure has raised over 6 million dollars for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, the National MS Society and various other charitable causes.

-We have thrown over 2,800,000 targets.
-We have shot over 2,700,000 rounds of ammo.
-We have raffled off and given away hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of guns and outdoor gear.
-We have introduced over 16,000 people to the fun an

d excitement of sporting clays shooting. Our program has brought together Labor Unions, outdoor organizations, business leaders and elected officials for a great cause – and we’re growing. In 2020, our year end total for the fourteen shoots that we held was over $735,000, including $317,000 for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. We couldn’t have done it without everyone’s support; and for that, we thank you. Oour goal for 2021, pending potential shutdowns and cancellations, is to net $800,000 for LLS and our various other charitable causes and to get back on track with 18-20 events scheduled coast to coast. As always, we would like to thank all of our Patron and Corporate sponsors. We would also like to thank our PCM crew and shoot volunteers for their hard work and dedication. Finally, we want to thank ALL of our participants. Your enthusiasm and excitement keeps us energized!

We're excited to feature SSP Eyewear as our Sponsor of the Month for February 2026! SSP Eyewear has been manufacturing world-class eyewear for over a decade. Their wonderful mission to spread the word that safety eyewear is necessary is one that we are fully on board for. To accomplish this mission, they are committed to creating safety sunglasses that provide exceptional protection, great styles, coordinated colors and superior fit for activities like shooting sports as well as every day life. We are honored to feature their Methow Shooting Glasses (shown in the photo!) in our event raffles at all of our events this season!

Many thanks to Mike for all of your support!

SHOT SHOW EPILOGUE:
2026 was another amazing show for us! Brando and I walked over 5 miles each day (according to the pedometer), completed 30 meetings in 3 days with our current sponsors and picked up 4 NEW sponsors (details coming soon)! After all these years, our sponsors have become like family and VISITING with each one of them is my favorite part. We are truly BLESSED and GRATEFUL for all of your support! Safe home to all of our friends, let’s go 2026 and God Bless you all!!!

BUCKSTER ALERT! Cameron Chorpenning, Son of UFCW LOCAL 27 President Jason Chorpenning, killed this beautiful chocolate buck on opening day of Rifle Season in Maryland on Dans Mountain at 7:45 am.

His family reports, “He shot him with a 30-06 with a Leupold VX Freedom scope on his gun that he won at the Shoot For A Cure event held annually on the eastern shore in Maryland. Thanks again to Shoot For A Cure for this awesome prize at the best fundraiser there is!!!”

This buck weighed approximately 145 pounds and all of the meat will be enjoyed by Cameron‘s entire family!

Way to go, Cameron!
