NORVA, Protecting Public Land Access for Responsible Off-Road Vehicle Use
NORVA’s priority is to work proactively alongside land management organizations for safe and responsible off-highway use. We aim to educate our off-road community on the ever-changing road conditions, etiquette, rules, and regulations; thus promoting clean, safe, and maintained roads/trails.
We are actively partaking in the political arena with federal and state land management agencies to advocate for our land. We work closely with the State Department of Parks and Recreation, providing input and updates to the National Park Service (NPS) and the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) from a user's standpoint. Our goals are to provide a valuable resource to land managers in the form of dedicated OHV enthusiasts who adhere to a respectable set of morals and ethics.
We were founded as a 501 (c)(3) in 2018 and launched in early 2019.
