PCMA Southwest & Pacific Chapter Covering Arizona, Hawaii, Nevada and Southern California we host various seminars, mixers and fundraisers per year for event professionals.

PCMA is the Professional Convention Management Association and it is the leading organization for meeting and event professionals with a mission to deliver superior and innovative education and promote the value of professional convention management. The PCMA Southwest & Pacific Chapter covers Arizona, Hawaii, Nevada and Southern California and offers networking, education, comprehensive learning

and community outreach opportunities to our members. The PCMA Southwest & Pacific Chapter is led by a board of directors representing corporate and association meeting planners, convention and tradeshow producers, independent meeting planners and event industry suppliers. Parking Validation will be given at check in when you arrive for the event.

PRICING:
*Registered suppliers are required to bring 1 (one) meeting planner to attend, planner must register for the event.
$35 – Suppliers (non-member) + 1 planner
$25 – Supplier (PCMA member) + 1 planner
Non-hosted Planners are also FREE

Planners, when you register, you will also have the opportunity to RSVP and reserve your spot to the exclusive rooftop evening afterparty at The Fairmont Breakers Hotel where they are celebrating their 100-year celebration starting at 7pm. Space is limited, RSVP required.

Last week , PCMA SWP had the incredible opportunity to partner with OCVIBE for a private Hard Hats and Happy Hour experience! Attendees got to see firsthand the progress of phase one of collaborative project! This included a massive food hall destined to create a new culinary chapter called Katella Commons, a concert hall and an office building. Locals will be excited to hear that there is not only tons of parking, but parking will be FREE!
After the hard hat tour our attendees enjoyed happy hour while getting a full briefing of what’s to come! OCVIBE is being built with intention and imagination, and is set to create a downtown where all feel welcome, can make connections and create unforgettable experiences both individually , for groups and of course for business events as well.

A few fun facts, OCVIBE will have:
* 500+ new, green hotel rooms
* 25,000 seats for entertainment
* 35+ Restaurant offerings
* 20 Acres of Parks & Plazas

Exclusive OCVIBE event on June 30th, registration now open!

Built around the already iconic ARTIC and Honda Center, OCVIBE will be finalized in phases, welcoming guests starting in 2027, but PCMA Southwest and Pacific Chapter has partnered with OCVIBE to invite you to an intimate preview Construction Site Hard Hat Tour of Phase 1 of the OCVIBE Project, followed by a sneak peak presentation with happy hour drinks and appetizers in the Preview Center!
