We're a multicultural, multigenerational Christian church located in northwest Las Vegas, NV. We desire to be the kind of church described in the Bible, where there’s relevant teaching, heart-felt worship, honest friendships, constant prayer, and compassionate care for those in need. We’d like to have the kind of contagious Christianity that can influence and encourage the entire community, one li

fe at a time. We believe that God has called us to be a place of spiritual refreshment and revival in the midst of a dry land. The promise we cling to is found in Isaiah 43:19, "See, I am doing a new thing! Now it springs up; do you not perceive it? I am making a way in the wilderness and streams in the wasteland." For purposes of connection and accountability, we're part of the Church of God (Cleveland, TN) and the Association of Related Churches (ARC).

Today we continue our series, Knowing the Real Jesus: Following the Christ We Cannot Edit, by looking at one of Jesus’ clearest and most culturally offensive claims. In the gospel of John, Jesus tells His troubled disciples that He is the way, the truth, and the life, and that no one comes to the Father except through Him. Many find this claim narrowminded, but this is not Jesus trying to keep us from life. He is lovingly showing us that He has made a way for us to come home to the Father.
