Due to unforeseen circumstances with our venue, the UNLV Powwow Committee has made the difficult decision to cancel this year’s powwow.
This was not an easy choice. We care deeply about creating a space that honors our dancers, singers, vendors, students, and community in a good way. Right now, we are taking the time to regroup and plan an alternate event for the spring.
We are committed to bringing the powwow back next year in a more sustainable way that supports the UNLV campus, the Las Vegas community, and our extended powwow family.
