Nancy DeViney is a Senior Consultant and Executive Coach at SHAMBAUGH Leadership, bringing a rare combination of global Fortune 500 experience and deep coaching expertise to every leader she works with. During her career at IBM, she served as VP of Strategy & Solutions, VP of Organizational Change Management, VP of Values & Organizational Capability, and General Manager of IBM Learning Solutions, driving culture change and collaborative innovation at a global scale.

Today, Nancy works with senior leaders across financial services, healthcare, pharmaceutical, information technology, and hospitality industries, coaching on executive presence, strategic thinking, emotional intelligence, and influencing with impact.
