Her name is Splat. 🐢
 
This red-eared slider came into after falling out of her tank and fracturing her carapace. The twist? She’s gravid. And her hormones had her SO determined to find a nesting spot that she broke out and took a tumble.
 
The team patched her up with waterproof tape and Tegaderm so she can still eat in the water while she heals.
