Want to get a head start on Registering for Open-to-the-Public days and hours to the Convention and Show, instead of filling out the form at the Registration Desk and then waiting in a potentially longer line to get your badge?
Then, know this from President Barry Sherwood...

I hope most of you pre-registered for the convention this year so you can get in an hour early on Thursday and have a few other perks. But if you didn’t, walk-ins are just as eagerly welcomed. This year, we have online registration available through a QR code, but are also going to have hardcopy registration forms available in the registration area. Here’s what those look like right now.

The QR code is active right now, so if you point your phone’s camera at it and tap the link that pops up, you can register for the convention today (or add a spouse or child or other person you are dragging along with you)!

You can’t get the $20 pre-registration rate any longer, of course, but by registering through this link (and optionally paying via PayPal), you can skip the hand cramps, jump the line and go straight to the online registration desk where you can grab your badge and head right in to the show.

** NOTE ** the club would greatly appreciate it if you would pay cash when you arrive, rather than using PayPal to pay in advance. We have to pay fees for all online transactions. Your online registration will be waiting for you at the registration desk.

Here is the line-up of COMPETITIVE, Educational Exhibits and Exhibitors at the 33rd Annual CCA Convention and Show.

I express my thanks and appreciation to these CCA members that wish to share elements of their collections and their special insights and knowledge about their collectibles. We have a varied group of offerings and invite the attendees to the Show, to visit the MoGH's Educational Exhibits corral and cast a vote for their favorite presentation.

Voting, is at the Show only, and is open to any and all attendees there, one a 1-person, per vote basis. The Exhibit getting the majority of votes will be declared the winner of the People's Choice Award on Saturday at 1 PM, on the Show Floor.

A message from the CCA's Pre-Registration Chairman, George D, now in his 20th year in this role.

The deadline to Pre-Register for the Convention is fast approaching! You have just 2 weeks!!! Time to get it done.

What Pre-Registration gets you... 1st and foremost, you get in an hour early on Thursday, Day 1!

Early entry is managed by the type of badge you get. Only Pre-Registered participants get a Name Badge that has their name, CCA number, and Badge Hanger Ribbon(s) that denote any position(s) held by the member. These badges are in a clear badge holder and come with a chain or lanyard to hang around your neck.

Those who pre-register will receive a free entry ticket for the Thursday and Friday Raffle Drawings (winner must be present) for a $25 Scrip Credit acrylic plaque, which is good for $25 in credit at any Dealer table, but most recipients just keep them!

The CCA has a Club Block of discounted rooms for the Convention.

Utilization of the block has a significant impact on the overall cost of hosting the Convention and in determining what concessions the CCA receives in future years contracts, thereby keeping our costs down.

In order for a booking to be included in the Block, you either need to book through the direct link:

or if booking by email or phone, quote room Block Code CAS0614

There is a strict cutoff for the Block, 24 May 2026, but please try not to leave it until the last minute.

If you plan on attending the CCA Convention, please help us by utilizing the room Block. And...

You do not have to be a CCA member to do so.

If you are already fully comped in advance by the South Point, then you can't make use of the Block, but if you are expecting to be comped in any way at the end of the Show then please use the Block for your initial booking.

If you have already made a booking and are unsure whether you used the room Block Code, please contact David Spragg at [email protected] with your reservation details, and he will get you added. Please note that bookings have to be made directly with the South Point, and not through any other 3rd party agent.
