The good times were rolling at the TIP annual bowling event! A huge thank you to our sponsor, Bio One Vegas, for making this happen. Our incredible volunteers work so hard supporting the community, so it was wonderful to see them kick back, relax, and enjoy some friendly competition together! 🎳

It's tabling season!

Over the past few weeks, TIP has been out in the community at several events, educating the public about our mission, connecting with community members, and raising awareness about the support we provide after traumatic events.
Here are a few snapshots from our recent outreach efforts. Be sure to stop by and say hello if you see us out and about!

Congratulations to our TIP volunteer Tami, who is the KTNV Vegas Stronger Champion for October. So well deserved, as she is so !

The Trauma Intervention Program is called on by police, fire, and other emergency responders to help those impacted by crises.

We're excited to share that TIP of Southern Nevada is one of the nonprofit organizations benefiting from this year's Las Vegas Greek Fest this weekend! 🎉

If you're planning to attend, be sure to stop by and say hello! Our volunteers will be working throughout the event, and you'll also find us at our TIP table in the Wellness Booth, where we'd love to meet you, answer questions, and share more about the work we do in our community.

Come enjoy the incredible food, culture, entertainment, and community spirit, all while supporting local nonprofits. We hope to see you there! 💙

When crisis strikes, TIP volunteers are often the first source of comfort and clarity for families and survivors.
To keep them prepared, we’re asking our community to help replenish supplies.

Tonight we had the incredible honor of celebrating seven TIP volunteers—each with over a decade of service to TIP—on the field during halftime at the LV Lights match. It was truly an unforgettable and special night! ⚽️ 🥅

Game day with a purpose! 🔥⚽🎆
Join TIP of Southern Nevada on August 15 as the Lights FC face Brooklyn FC. And enjoy a fireworks display, after the game!

During halftime, special recognition will be given to our incredible volunteers who’ve served with TIP for 10+ years. Just imagine how many lives these folks have impacted in their many years of supporting people when it matters most!

Every ticket purchased through TIP’s special link sends $5 back to support TIP’s mission. Here's the link: https://tinyurl.com/TIPsoccerbigwin

Our volunteer dispatchers don’t just keep TIP running — they bring heart, soul and sometimes some humor to their shifts and fellow volunteers. This photo booth moment says it all. Thank you, dispatchers, for going above and beyond with kindness, dedication, compassion and even a little bit of silliness. We appreciate you more than you know.

Last night, a standing ovation filled the room as we honored a true hero during our monthly volunteer meeting.

Lannie, an incredible TIP volunteer, reached a milestone no one else in our history ever has. He has responded to 1,000 scenes of tragedy.

One thousand times, Lannie chose to step directly into someone’s darkest, most heartbreaking moment. One thousand times, he has offered a calm and steady presence, providing emotional first aid and rendering compassionate care.

Lannie is woven into the fabric of our history. He is an ingrained part of our story, our mission, and our hearts.

Thank you, Lannie, for your endless empathy and for serving your community in such an impactful way. You are a gift to us all. 💙✨
