We’re excited to welcome OpenCubby as a Community Partner for Tech Talent Summit 6.0!

Finding child care shouldn’t mean juggling a dozen websites, phone calls, and stacks of paperwork. Co-founders Nicole Bigham and Matt Bigham built OpenCubby to fix that. It gives families one clear, guided path from searching and comparing to actually enrolling, all on one platform.

It works for providers too. OpenCubby connects them directly with families who are ready to enroll, turning empty spots into steady revenue. It also gives providers control over how their school is presented, so they get discovered, evaluated, and chosen.

It’s not another directory. It’s the missing layer that moves child care forward, built with and for real Arizona families and providers.

A new talent partner is merging onto the Freeway. 🚘

Ten minutes from Sky Harbor means the client flying in for a tour doesn't have to build a whole day around it. Three minutes from Little Miss BBQ means "let's grab lunch" is an actual option instead of a 45-minute detour. Eight minutes from ASU and South Mountain Community College means the next hire, the next intern, the next collaborator is already in the neighborhood. Easy access to I-10, I-17, and Loop 202 means none of that depends on beating traffic.

None of that shows up on a spec sheet, but it's the difference between a location that works on paper and one that actually works for the relationships a business runs on.
