The Office of Special Education and Rehabilitative Services, which oversees the Individuals With Disabilities Education Act, will move to the Department of Health and Human Services, according to the sources. The Office for Civil Rights will be moved to the Justice Department.

The Education Department plans to move the offices overseeing special education services and civil rights out of the agency, according to a report.

📚 ¿Qué es el MDT(Siglas en Inglés?

📚 ¿Qué información contiene?
📚 ¿Cómo puede ayudarle a entender las fortalezas, necesidades y apoyos que su hijo necesita en la escuela?
📚 ¿Cómo se utiliza para tomar decisiones sobre elegibilidad, servicios y metas educativas?

Muchos padres reciben este reporte y no saben exactamente qué significa o cómo utilizarlo para participar activamente en las decisiones educativas de su estudiante. En esta reunión explicaremos el tema en un lenguaje sencillo y fácil de entender.
