Las Vegas Optic article add-on that was not included in the write up interview yesterday I had with Las Vegas Optic I feel is important to clarify.
st, not CAN or COULD HELP pay off debt, WILL pay off debts.
nd, important not mentioned the COVID loan was taken out in 2020. Private loan was in 2019. You cannot seek Government Grants with a Government Debt. The other private debt we can work through as we have been but I want both paid off soonest and start fresh. If you connect the dots, you can see this is well before my time but we will fix it.
rd, we have a great relationship with City of Las Vegas Leadership. I have had a few meetings lately with Mayor Romero and his team and they are great. We will help do our part to support his agenda as well. Also, we have been building a stronger relationship with San Miguel County Leadership and I am excited about it!!
th, our hours of operations have not been any different than the summers before. Winter is here and we are adjusting as normal.
th, We have great support from our Rep Anita Gonzales and funding is coming our way thanks to her soon.
th, We have great relationships now with all organizations that were nonexistance prior to us taking over with NMCEH, KrossRoads, Villa Therese Clinic, La Fonda Foundation, Santa Fe Community Foundation, 4th DIstrict Court, Dept Workforce Solution, NM State, NM Congressional Federal Grants Coordinator, LV Community Foundation, Food Depot, Soup Kitchen, JC Pizza, Walmart, Lowes to name a few.
