I do a bike tour in Panama City, Panama with Paradox tours: https://www.paradoxexp.com/ We go through a few neighborhoods including a UNESCO World heritage site, Casco Viejo. I then explore the streets of the city for a bit. Don't worry, I left Panama before the earthquake hit, but I wish the citizens of Panama and the surrounding region the best!
