Friends, this is the organization you have all helped support every time you give to one of the running challenges I participate in a few times a year and on my birthday. This is a groundbreaking game changer in our battle to help our military and Veterans living with trauma, depression, anxiety, pts and tbi. Thank you!!!

2 choices. 1) Embrace for impact, create a working plan and execute until the situation is stabilized and you can move forward or 2) psychologically defeat yourself and allow it to crush you. For me, it’s always going to be #1, no matter how hard it is or how little rest I get. We will overcome.
