Sunday is here! Which means Yoga with Max is live at 5pm pacific!
Remember, if all you do is sit on your mat and breathe you to are doing yoga. This week we are adding a third variable due to the rapid approach of sine die, if all you do is sit in your recliner (or couch), breathe, and drink beer you to are doing yoga.
