🚁 SILV Throwback! 🚁
Back in 2003 - long before drones took over the skies - we went full send with two guys and a camera strapped to the bottom of a remote-controlled helicopter to capture some truly epic aerial shots of the Show-n-Shine at Supras Invade Las Vegas.

No autopilot. No GPS. Just old-school RC skill and a lot of trust hovering over a sea of beautiful Supras - including all four generations (at the time).

Still one of the wildest behind-the-scenes moves we ever pulled for the perfect photo.

One of the things I miss most about the annual SILV events was coming up behind the onion trucks on the drive down I-5 in northern California. Today I got to relive that memory and it made me so happy!

Twenty five years ago today I founded the annual Supras Invade Las Vegas event. We had so much fun. There are still days that I miss this GREAT event that quickly grew to be the largest Supra event on the planet. Thank you so much to each and every one of you that made the trek out to the Nevada desert to celebrate the Toyota Supra.

I have found an embroidered cap from the 2008 SILV event. This is a Decky cap with a stretch back and was embroidered by LJB, one of our sponsors that year. I'm asking $25 including shipping to anywhere in the US, $28USD including shipping to Canada, and $32 including shipping anywhere else in the world. The cap has never been worn and still has the original cardboard insert.

I miss our official home away from home. Did you stay at the Luxor for SILV? What is your favorite memory of this great hotel? One of mine is lining up more than 200 beautiful Supras in the parking lot with the towering pyramid as an incredible background for our Show-and-Shine.

20 years ago today Supras from across the country converged on Las Vegas for the first ever Supras Invade Las Vegas (SILV) event. What started with about 40 Supras quickly grew to see more than 200 Supras gleaming in the desert sun during the Show-and-Shine on multiple occasions. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart, to everyone that joined us.
