Today at 1pm, we'll be dedicating this beautiful mural in the Naked City. This was made possible by an artist in residency grant from the Nevada Arts Council, the collaborative efforts of many neighborhood residents, and the leadership of artist Markus Tracy.

We'll be applying the finishing touches- including the handprints of many more community members- this morning from 10am till noon. Then, we'll be turning this masterpiece over to the neighborhood that created it.

This project, once completed, will have taken more than 200 hours and involved more than 50 people. It is a true collaborative work of art and we are so grateful to have been able to do this for the neighborhood we love and call home.
