Believe it or not, we don’t have to be perfect, but we often feel like we do. It’s ok not to be ok. Life happens. It takes strength to lift heavy materials, but sometimes the heaviest things we carry aren’t made of steel or wood. Check on your crew and the member you haven’t seen in a while. Join a committee and meet members who can relate. We have to check and protect what’s beneath the hard hat too. Our BOSS committee meets the 1st Monday of every month at 4pm.
