It’s not orchid related.
Adenium aka Desert Rose is very common in Asia. They are loved and cared for by many plant lovers in the southern part of Mindanao where I was from.
I took a close up photo of my Bonsai Adenium plant and oh what a wonderful visitor she brings, a beautiful Dragonfly with torn wings!
Life is beautiful in so many ways.

Spending time investing in your health is always worth it.

No one, and I mean NO ONE has the formula for a perfect healthy lifestyle.

Social media is flooded with people insisting their way is the only way. But if their way doesn’t work for you, it doesn’t work.

Finding what is sustainable for you is the path to building a healthy lifestyle.

Don’t over complicate it. Tune out the noise. Take the advice that works for you and leave the rest.
