Meet Donna Krasnow, PhD — internationally recognized dance educator, researcher, author, and the recipient of the 2026 IADMS Lifetime Service Award.

Professor Emerita at York University and creator of C-I Training™ (Conditioning with Imagery), Donna has spent decades advancing the fields of dance science, motor learning, and dancer wellbeing. She is the co-author of several influential texts, including Conditioning with Imagery for Dancers and Motor Learning and Control for Dance, and has been a driving force within IADMS, serving as the organization’s first Conference Director.

Join us in Melbourne as we celebrate Donna’s remarkable contributions to the dance medicine and science community at the IADMS 36th Annual Conference.
