With hearts overflowing with pride and gratitude, we honor the inspiring journey of Kenisha Mae Niño Mauricio Castro, RN, USRN 🌼

In October 2025, she was awarded the prestigious Daisy Award—a global recognition given to nurses who exemplify extraordinary compassion and excellence in patient care. This honor reflects her servant’s heart and unwavering dedication to her calling.

Kenisha’s story is one of faith, perseverance, and purpose. She completed her elementary education at Jesus Cares Christian Academy of Caba, La Union Inc., where she was also a recipient of the JCCA Sponsorship Program from 2006–2011—a testament that even early on, her journey was being nurtured and supported with love and faith.

She graduated high school from ASSATT Christian School and pursued her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Don Mariano Marcos Memorial State University – South La Union Campus (DMMMSU-SLUC) Agoo, finishing in 2019.

Even before becoming a professional nurse, Kenisha had already been serving faithfully as an MMLM volunteer since 2016—demonstrating a heart devoted to SERVANT LEADERSHIP and COMMUNITY SERVICE WITH A HEART.

She then served for four years at Makati Medical Center, where her compassion and excellence touched countless lives. Today, as a Registered Nurse and USRN, she continues to reach greater heights and is now officially included in the Daisy Award Foundation Directory of Awardees—placing her among the world’s most inspiring nurses.

“Bringing care to your doorstep.”

MMLM’S Home Health Visit Program (HVP) was established in 2018 as an outreach to home-bound patients incapable of physical consultation at the MMLM We Care Clinic.

Mrs. Felicidad Barnachea, retired Geometry Teacher at Christ The King College recieved our friendly MMLM We Care Clinic team in their home at San Fernando City, La Union.

With our home visit program we’re not just providing medical care- in fact, we are building trust and understanding thereby fostering stronger patient-provider relationships and promoting better health outcomes.

To our family, friends, donors and supporters your generous donation to MMLM is the very reason why we are expanding our Home Visit Community Program.
