UNLV Football, coming off a third-consecutive league championship game appearance and bowl trip, will make its first-ever regular-season appearance on FOX to highlight a 2026 schedule that includes at least 11 national TV appearances as the Mountain West announced its TV lineup Wednesday.

For the fourth consecutive year and for the 11th time in the award’s 14-year history, the UNLV Athletics Department is the winner of the Silver State Series presented by America First Credit Union.

With all points now assigned, the Rebels took the all-encompassing competition with the Wolf Pack by the dominating final score of 34.5-13.5. UNLV’s point total was the most since 2019 and tied for the second-most scored by either side since the system was first introduced in 2013.

The annual UNLV Football Foundation Golf Tournament this past Monday was a tremendous success, bringing together Rebel supporters, coaches, alumni, and the community in support of one of college football’s most successful programs over the last three years.

Fans are invited to go online now to secure their free tickets to the UNLV football spring game, which is set to start at 2 p.m. on Saturday, April 25, on campus.

Fans are invited out to Rebel Park at the Fertitta Football Complex to check out the annual spring event highlighting the 2026 UNLV squad led by second-year head coach Dan Mullen.

UNLV Football, coming off a third-consecutive season featuring a league championship game appearance and bowl trip, will open its 2026 schedule with a showdown vs. an American Conference stalwart and close it by hosting the annual Battle for the Fremont Cannon vs. UNR as the tentative league-wide schedule was released Monday by the Mountain West.

UNLV will host newly minted FBS member North Dakota State at Allegiant Stadium this coming season as the Mountain West announced the updated opponent matrix for the league’s now-10 members on Tuesday.

UNLV football ranks first among the entire G6 in its per-player ratings for the overall 2026 class (recruits and portal additions combined), according to 247Sports.

After signing one player in the February period, highly touted tight end Aveon Williams, head coach Dan Mullen’s second class in Las Vegas averaged a school-record per-player rating of 85.42 as of Friday. When considering both high school recruits and additions from the transfer portal, the new Rebels averaged 85.32, which ranks first among the 69 teams that make up the Mountain West, American, Conference USA, Sun Belt, MAC and Pac-12 along with one independent.

UNLV football will host Memphis for the first time in history to kick off its 2026 season as part of a home-and-home series announced by the schools Thursday.

The Tigers of the American Conference will come to Allegiant Stadium for Week Zero on August 29 (time and TV TBA) while the Rebels will return the game at Simmons Bank Liberty Stadium on Sept. 15, 2029.
