More from Governor Joe Lombardo’s housing roundtable! Strong conversations start with bringing the right people to the table. We are proud to be a part of these important discussions and are grateful for the Governor’s work to create more attainable housing for Nevadans.

SNHBA remains committed to advocating for policies that support responsible growth and more opportunities for Nevadans to achieve homeownership. 🏠💙

Thank you to Governor Joe Lombardo for inviting our CEO Tina Frias to participate in Friday’s housing roundtable and for bringing industry leaders together to discuss the future of housing in Nevada.

SNHBA appreciates the Governor’s continued focus on expanding housing supply, removing barriers to development and creating more attainable pathways to homeownership for Nevada families.

Through efforts such as the Nevada Housing Access and Attainability Act and continued advocacy for greater access to federal land, meaningful progress is being made to address our state’s housing challenges.

We look forward to continuing these important conversations and working together to ensure more Southern Nevadans have access to a home they can afford. 🫶🏠
