What an incredible inaugural event for the Southern Nevada Development Coalition (SNDC)! 🤩

We’re so grateful to everyone who joined us for this sold-out luncheon. Attendees heard from coalition representatives about the critical issues shaping our region's future, including housing attainability, land availability, water resources, development policy and economic growth. Yesterday, SNHBA CEO Tina Frias joined Senator Jacky Rosen and housing leaders to celebrate the passage of the 21st Century ROAD to Housing Act, landmark bipartisan legislation that will help address our nation’s housing supply challenges.
