Henderson Ballot Question 1 is about continuing the existing property tax funding for the city’s parks and recreation system. This funding has been in place for years and helps support Hendersons parks, programs, and facilities.

A YES vote keeps Henderson’s existing parks funding right here in the community, without raising taxes. It allows the city to continue supporting the high-quality parks and recreation spaces residents rely on every day. This ensures that funding stays local and continues to
directly benefit Henderson. 💚

It was an honor to attend ’s Spring 2026 National Advisory Board dinner focused on sustainability. Our CEO Tina was a guest speaker!

We’re proud to celebrate Lennar as the 2025 Heart and Hammer – Charitable Spotlight winner 👏
From investing $55,000 in the next generation of builders at the Southern Nevada Trades High School to collecting hundreds of holiday meals and toys for local families, Lennar continues to show up for our community in a big way.
Their team has also donated life-saving blood, supported the NSPCA, and rallied more than 200 associates for the Walk for Hope 5K.
