From the moment K9 Buddy, Klamath, entered Meredith’s life two years ago, it was clear he wasn’t just a pet; he was a constant companion, a quiet observer, and a beloved member of the family. For Meredith, who had always dreamed of having a guide dog but was unable to due to physical limitations, having Klamath as a K9 Buddy has been life-changing.

Hughes’ November Pupdate:

Hendrix’s November Pupdate:
I just started working with this happy boy and I’m loving every moment! It doesn’t take much to get his tail wagging and his joy is just infectious.

Harlow’s November Pupdate:
Harlow is such a fun, go-getter dog! I love her enthusiasm during every training session. During her off time, she loves to run around with a bone in her mouth trying to impress everyone with her speed.

Birdie’s November Pupdate:

Birdie is soaring through guide dog training. This month she faced down noisy traffic with the calm focus of a Jedi, proving that not even the Dark Side of distractions can shake her. We love her light steps and head tilt, much like a curious little bird!

Late post, but our girl Birdie got recalled to GDB campus during Fun Day weekend! 🐾 She’s resting up after her spay and will soon start her formal guide dog training. Big things ahead for this sweet girl! 💛
