After a lot of thought and after speaking to Tick Segerblom I will run as a Republican against him in 2026. I thought he might back off his strong desire to raise the sales tax past 9.25%. Unfortunately, he feels 35,000 voters is a mandate to raise the sales tax. Hopefully, he is waiting for his 3rd and last term to do his dirty work. The choice will remain the same, Mass Transit and Lake Mead full or a 10% sales tax. Please do not make the same mistake again.

I cannot abandon the people of Commission E even though you voted Tick Segerblom into office. I still want an aqueduct from Lake Tahoe to Lake Mead. Lake Tahoe will overflow within 4 years. I still want to expand the monorail and help the poor but I need to get elected first. I will run one more time and if you reject my ideas, then I will drop it.
