I wanted to share an amazing event honoring Lion Roger for his 26 years of service as a member of the Habitat for Humanity Las Vegas Board of Directors.

Roger will receive *Emeritus Status at our upcoming Clark County Commission Meeting Tuesday, August 18 at 9:00 a.m.

Roger is well known for his many years of dedicated service to many charitable organizations. We are so proud of all that he has accomplished and of his philanthropical and generous nature.

Roger truly embodies John Wesley’s famous quote, “Do all the Good you can, by all the Means you can, in all the Ways you can, in all the Places you can, at all the Times you can, to all the People you can, as Long as you Ever can.”

I hope you will join me in congratulating him for this well-deserved honor. We welcome all who are interested in joining us at the meeting. Attached is a flyer prepared by Angela Phillips, Executive Director of Habitat for Humanity Las Vegas with further information.

Ahern Hotel 300 W Sahara Avenue Las Vegas, NV 89102

The meeting will be on the second floor in the Private Dining Room (PDR) which is located to the left of the elevators.

Brett spoke to us back 2020 covid era! Well he is back and educating us about the program and all the updates that have been made since 2020.
