For the past 3 years, 2 Care for Me Outreach has been on a mission to empower youth, support families, and break barriers in our community. From providing essential basic necessities—food, clothing, educational assistance, supplies, and hygiene supplies every milestone has been driven by love, dignity, and compassion.

Together with our amazing volunteers, donors, and partners, we’ve helped build confidence, promote stability, and inspire brighter futures for children and families facing hardship.

✨ We’re just getting started. As we look forward to the years ahead, our commitment to creating pathways toward long-term success and thriving communities remains stronger than ever.

The Nominate a Family program by 2 Care for Me Outreach is a monthly initiative designed to provide groceries and essential household supplies to families experiencing financial hardship. Through community nominations, we identify households in need and deliver consistent, meaningful support that helps ease the burden of rising living costs. All groceries and supplies are delivered directly to the selected nominee’s home, ensuring accessibility, convenience, and dignity.

Each month, selected families receive a curated package of nutritious food and basic household essentials, promoting stability, dignity, and well-being. This program empowers community members to play an active role in supporting one another, creating a network of compassion and care. To nominate a family click:
