The Nominate a Family program by 2 Care for Me Outreach is a monthly initiative designed to provide groceries and essential household supplies to families experiencing financial hardship. Through community nominations, we identify households in need and deliver consistent, meaningful support that helps ease the burden of rising living costs. All groceries and supplies are delivered directly to the selected nominee’s home, ensuring accessibility, convenience, and dignity.

Each month, selected families receive a curated package of nutritious food and basic household essentials, promoting stability, dignity, and well-being. This program empowers community members to play an active role in supporting one another, creating a network of compassion and care. To nominate a family click:
