The People's Festival of Arts and Culture is nearly here!! This is an event unique in Northeastern New Mexico because this has been and always will be an event made for and made by the people of Las Vegas, presented this year on September 26 in the Historic Railroad District!!

Right now, all over our community there are people, artists, craft makers, artisans, creators and makers working in preparation for this event. There are busy hands, who are sewing, painting, knitting, sketching, stuffing, threading, and drawing. There are callused hands who are carving, hammering, printing, polishing, throwing, beading, glazing, burnishing.

An entire community of creative hearts and minds all brought together in one unique event. These are our hands, and this is our event, handmade by the heart, the People's Festival of Art and Culture, in Las Vegas, New Mexico, September 26, 2026 in the Historic Railroad District.
