Yesterday and today Las Vegas Breakfasters along with Lions from Aloha, Los Prados, Las Americas, W Charleston, Black Mountain volunteered for the 7th annual PDG Bill Davis Bell Ringing for Salvation Army at Bass Pro Shop. We rang bells and greeted all the folks coming to shop or take family pictures with Santa.

If your club isn’t attracting new members, it’s time to ask: are we truly open to change? The next generation of volunteers is looking for flexible, innovative, and impactful ways to serve—and if we don’t adapt, we’ll be left behind.

🔹 If your club won’t listen to fresh ideas, it won’t thrive.

October 19th Rainbow Family Park at Oakey west of Rainbow Blvd. LV Breakfasters gathered for fellowship, fun, food and community service. We enjoyed a potluck dinner: chips/dip/salsa, fried chicken, potato salad, chili, deserts and more. Then we walked the park to pick up trash that got overlooked. A good time was had by all!

The PDG Lion Bill Davis Memorial Bell Ringing event took place over the weekend of the 17th-19th. Lions from our club, Summerlin Lions, LV Vietnamese Lions, LV Black Mountain joined us in helping out our friends at the LV Salvation Army. We were stationed outside the main entrance of Bass Pro Shops adjacent to the Silverton Hotel Casino. Jennifer Cantley did a great job setting it all up for us. We collected $793 over the 3 days. It was a chilly, but fun event.
