I often think of our 1st responders, their health and the unique challenges and hazards they face because of their jobs.

LITTLE-KNOWN STUDY SHOWS 13% INCREASE IN MUSCLE PERFORMANCE IN 13 WEEKS
A placebo-controlled study on 20 young adults conducted by Drs L. Lands, V. Grey and A. Smountas, which was published back in 1985, showed that a specially prepared whey protein isolate, supplied to the study by Dr. G. Bounous, was consistently able to increase muscle performance by up to 13% in just 13 weeks, when combined with moderate exercise. This was the first study to demonstrate that prolonged supplementation with a product designed to augment antioxidant defenses resulted in improved volitional performance.
