🐾 Meet Indy! 🐾

This sweet 6-year-old girl sadly found herself surrendered to our rescue, and now we’re looking for the forever family she deserves. ❤️

Indy grew up with kids and absolutely loves them! She is kennel trained and potty trained, making her a great companion for the right home. She is a true bird-hunting dog and loves to point and go after birds, so we do not recommend a home with cats due to her high prey drive.

Indy has lived with another dog and has also been in a foster home with another dog. She can be a little bossy with her canine friends, so she would do best with a more submissive dog. Once she becomes comfortable, she loves to play and enjoys having a doggy companion.

She loves toys and still has plenty of good energy for her age! Because she can jump surprisingly high, a secure yard is a must. Breed experience is preferred.

Indy is currently awaiting her spay, but that isn’t stopping us from searching for her forever home! 🐾

Come meet Rose tomorrow at our event at Petsmart on Ft Apache and Tropicana from 10-1 tomorrow!

🐾 Meet Rose! 🐾

This sweet little girl is almost 6 months old and is a Terrier/Dachshund mix who is absolutely full of love! Rose is a playful girl who loves her toys and is good with other dogs. She weighs only 8 pounds currently. She is still a puppy and is continuing to learn, including working on her potty training, but she is making progress and is ready to find a family who will continue to guide and love her as she grows.

Rose is already spayed, vaccinated, and microchipped, and all she needs now is a forever family to call her own. She has so much love to give and is ready to start the next chapter of her life with a family who will give her the love, patience, and attention she deserves.

🐾 MEET SPLINTER! 🐾

Look at this handsome senior boy! ❤️ Splinter is an 8-year-old sweetie who was recently saved from The Animal Foundation, and he truly deserves a loving home where he can enjoy his golden years surrounded by love, comfort, and kindness. 🥹🐾

Splinter is already potty trained with no accidents in the home and will happily show off his commands, including sit, stay, and lay down! He is currently living with other dogs and is non-reactive toward them, mostly doing his own thing and enjoying his peaceful life.

At night, Splinter sleeps peacefully on his dog bed, and he takes treats like the gentleman he is. 🥰

This sweet senior isn’t asking for much—just a soft place to land, a comfortable bed, and someone who will love him for the rest of his life. ❤️

We have another happy adoption to celebrate! 🎉

Our sweet Daisy came to us as a surrender, and we are SO happy to say that she has officially found her forever family!

Her new family had been looking for a middle-aged Goldendoodle to join their family, and it didn’t take long for them to fall completely in love with Daisy. Now, she is home where she belongs!

We couldn’t be happier for this sweet girl and her new family. Daisy, we hope your days are filled with endless love, cuddles, and all the happiness you deserve! 🐾💕

💙 We’re on an Intake Hold — We Desperately Need Fosters! 🐾

We are currently on an intake hold while we work on getting some of the dogs already in our care adopted and finding foster homes for those who still need a place to land.

We are a small, foster-based rescue, and until we can place some of our current dogs, we simply don’t have the space or resources to take in new dogs. 💔

We are incredibly fortunate to have amazing volunteers who help us tremendously and are such an important part of everything we do. We truly could not do this without them. ❤️ But right now, what we desperately need are FOSTER HOMES.

Here are some of the dogs currently counting on us:

🐾 Splinter — 8 years old
We saved this sweet senior boy from The Animal Foundation. He would love nothing more than a quiet, loving home where he can decompress, feel safe, and live out his golden years surrounded by love. ❤️

🐾 Nash — 3 years old
Nash is looking for his forever home and is ready to find the family he’s been waiting for.

🐾 Zita — 1 year old
We are scheduled to pick Zita up next Thursday, and we desperately need a foster home lined up for her before she arrives. We need someone willing to give this girl a safe place to land.

🐾 Luna — 4 years old
Luna is waiting for her forever home or a foster so we can continue making room for other dogs who need us.

The reality is that I run the day-to-day rescue largely by myself — coordinating placements, answering emails, managing applications, arranging vet care, transporting dogs, finding fosters, and, when a dog has nowhere else to go or loses their foster, sometimes bringing them into my own home.

I love these dogs and I will continue doing everything I can for them, but it can be incredibly overwhelming trying to do this while also working, raising a family, and maintaining a life outside of rescue.

We want to keep helping dogs in need, but we cannot take in new dogs until we make room for the ones already in our care.

🐾 SO MANY SWEET DOGS ARE WAITING FOR THEIR FOREVER HOMES! 🐾

We have so many amazing adoptable dogs in our care who are ready to find the families they’ve been waiting for. ❤️ Some of these pups have been with us for months, and while we are so grateful to their incredible fosters, our biggest wish is to see them finally in their forever homes! 🏡🐶

Milo’s Happy Update! 🐾❤️

We just wanted to share a very special update on our sweet Milo, who came to us in the condition you see on the left. After some much-needed medical treatment, tender loving care, and a wonderful foster home, this boy is thriving! 🥹❤️

His foster mom shared this update:

“I’m glad I’m able to help, and glad that he never had to go back to the shelter. He has no behavioral problems—no problems at all aside from typical puppy behavior.

He learns fast, though, and he hasn’t chewed up any of my shoes or sunglasses. He tried, but he’s quick to drop anything when I say ‘drop it.’

He’s potty trained, takes treats gently, walks at my side without pulling, and he’s just all-around perfect. He likes to play with other dogs and he likes kids. I think a home with another friendly dog around his age and at least one child would be ideal for him.

He seems so much better and much happier now. He feels much better too. His coat is soft and his skin isn’t dry or flaky with the residue. He’s coming along very well.” 😊

This is exactly why rescue matters. ❤️ Milo went from struggling and uncomfortable to happy, healthy, learning, playing, and getting the chance to simply be a puppy.

We are SO happy for this update and incredibly grateful to his foster mom for giving him the love and care he needed. Most importantly, Milo never had to go back to the shelter. 🐾

Once he’s ready for adoption, we know this sweet boy is going to make someone incredibly happy! ❤️

🐾💕 Meet Lulu & Lemon! 💕🐾

These sweet and s***ky 2½-year-old Chiweenie sisters are a bonded pair looking for a home together! 🥰 They are the perfect combination of chill, cuddly, playful, and full of personality.

🐶 Lulu is the smaller runt of the pair and has a sassy, s***ky little personality. She’s a total love bug who wants to be by your side, cuddle up with her person, and win your heart. She also has a sweet protective side.

🐶 Lemon is the bigger sister and is always looking out for Lulu. She’s also a huge love bug but is a little more independent and playful. She definitely has some extra s***k and every now and then gets the zoomies! 😂

These girls LOVE each other and enjoy play fighting, tug-of-war, running around, and then piling on top of their favorite person and each other for cuddle time. 🥹❤️
