Just realized I never posted the last tourney in here. The boys played up in 14u. Long story but the Championship ended in a tie no lights. We ended up playing a good friend of mine’s club Excuseless Athletics so we were ok with the outcome

The boys showed some true grit this weekend. It was colder than hell. Sunday 40 degrees 20-30 mph winds. Had to give them some pep talks to overcome the cold. Walked it off to win the semi final and obligate us to stay in the weather for another freezing game as the sun went down. lol. Dominated a tough team from Bakersfield for most of the Championship game, but they ended up coming out on top. We took second. Cold but always fun!!

The boys played tough this weekend in a toy drive tournament we jumped into. Went 4-0 to dominate the tournament and become the Champions. We brought together a bunch of boys to get them used to working with other players and building camaraderie in a short amount of time. The first game was a little rough but by the second game they were playing great baseball like they know how! Good stuff. Thanks all the players and parents for coming out! We will see what next year brings! ✌🏼 😎🎅 🎁

Beyond proud of these 12u boys and their battle this weekend! This summer season has been a pleasure with the parents and players. Although we didn’t get the outcome we hoped for each kid should feel proud of their stamina and endurance throughout the long tournament! Losing only the championship game, in the four day tournament, these are the 12u Youth World Series runners up!
