The month of May can be a whirlwind. Students are taking their finals, some are graduating and moving on to a new chapter, and others are scrambling to figure out what to do during the summer.

When dealing with changes, we sometimes get into a dark place.

We hope that as you are going through these changes, you remember that you are smart, talented, and phenomenal. And you will get through your dark days. There is always light at the end of the tunnel.

May is Mental Health Awareness Month, and as an organization, we will be giving you a tips to help you with your mental health, from affirmations to self-care ideas.

We know that the semester is winding down and that can come with so many changes, like graduation, first jobs after graduation, internships, etc. Remember to take care of yourself during this stressful time.

Today, we want you to remember that you are loved and are worthy to be loved. You are special and you will get better and better by the day.
