Your well-being matters, and caring for your mental health is part of building a successful future.

School, work, family, and planning your next steps can feel like a lot. Reaching out to a trusted person, using your school or campus counseling center, taking healthy breaks, and asking for support are strengths, not setbacks.

Interested in helping others? Careers in counseling, social work, and psychology can make a meaningful difference. Start exploring:

• Your school’s counselor, career center, and financial aid office
• APA’s scholarships, grants, and awards: apa.org/about/awards/search
• SAMHSA’s behavioral health career descriptions: samhsa.gov/about/careers/behavioral-health-workforce/careers-by-state/descriptions
• FAFSA and scholarship opportunities through colleges and community organizations

A mentor can help you compare programs, find internships, and identify resources that fit your goals. Small steps today can open meaningful pathways tomorrow.

Fun fact of the day:

Rental insurance and home insurance are two different things!

Shocking, we know 😉

Allow us to clear things up:

Simply put, rental insurance provides coverage for losses and damages to a renter’s property. It doesn’t cover the actual building in which they’re renting.

Home insurance, on the other hand, provides coverage for losses and damages due to unexpected perils. These are things like flooding, fire, or theft.

Home insurance is for the property owner — whether they own a house or an apartment. It covers the physical property itself and the personal belongings they have inside.

Understand their differences, ask questions, and pick the policy that’s right for you and your needs!

Still feeling a little unsure? Need help figuring out which policy option is best for you? Send us a message or drop a comment in the section down below.

We’ve got you covered 😉
