The FTC Votes Unanimously to Enforce Right to Repair

Right to Repair DOES NOT entitle anyone access to parts, support, documents, ease of repair, or schematics/designs for free from the manufacturer and is not meant to.

Right to Repair DOES entitle someone to be free (as in speech) to be able repair, attempt repairs, to make parts, or make design documents for any product to ease repairs.

No more bricked phones or dead tractors.

The move follows an executive order issued last week by the White House urging the agency to secure consumers' rights to fix their own gadgets.

A private company mismanaged there waste storage so badly officials in Tampa FL have had release Millions of gallons of waste water from making fertilizer into Tampa Bay to avoid a dam collapse and a flood of waste. Truly amazing.

Crews continue to drain a leaking wastewater pond.

When the government initially put a ban on evictions, I suspect they didn’t think the pandemic would go on as long as it has. Honestly, none of us did. Yet, here we are at the one-year mark of the pandemic exploding.

We allow businesses to pass on the cost of disposing of there products to communities that often don't have the funds and ability to do so. We cannot let companies keep privatizing the gains of industry while socializing the costs of it.

Despite the beauty, this is the terrifying result of our inaction on climate change. That is the sunrise in Las Vegas. No filters, no retouching. Hopeful we start taking some of the effects of climate change like extreme wildfire more seriously.
