Jam With A Cop Our primary goal is to work with police departments to provide free music education to children that live in violent/high crime/at-risk neighborhoods.

Our mission is to improve community relations by partnering music teachers with police officers to provide positive mentors and teachers to at-risk children through the gift of music. We will decrease violent crime by providing positive mentors and teachers to at risk children. JWAC will provide musical instruments to the children through donations from the public and corporations. Donations can b

e made by donating instruments directly to JWAC or by financial contributions. Donations will be tax deductible. Local police departments will identify at risk neighborhoods (e.g. apartment complexes) to focus on. Local police departments will ask employees and officers if they are willing to volunteer on a regular basis to mentor and teach children music. JWAC will also hire local music instructors to help officers mentor and teach the children.
