Six months ago today, we lost our Founder, Ms. Shirley Raines.

She didn’t just serve people on the streets; she made the whole world watch, care, and join in. She turned giving into a movement. In the hardest six months we’ve known as an organization, that movement didn’t die. You kept it alive.

Every person in this video kept showing up. Kept feeding people. Kept treating folks like the Kings and Queens she always said they were. We never got to say it the way we wanted to, so we’re saying it now: we see you, and thank you. 🤍

Now we’re building what’s next, in her honor:

🎒 A back-to-school drive for kids in shelters and transitional housing. Please check out the link in our bio for our Amazon wishlist. (Serving August 29, 2026, in Las Vegas.)

💜 The Shirley Raines Legacy Grant: $1,000 to five people every quarter who are doing this work in their own communities.

B2TS Team served Hotdogs, chips, fruit, water and socks. Vegas heat is no joke these days so we’re glad to be able to continue to show up.
We will be giving out cooling rags as temperatures climb.

We served Jack n Box burger’s, chicken sandwiches and tacos. Along with fruit, cookies and cold water.
It’s hot in Vegas So they enjoy the cold 💦
