Residents are encouraged to engage on every level, from our expansive resident exclusive event programming to our various committees and educational opportunities. From the vantage of our beautiful Exploration Peak, one can see the entire Las Vegas Valley and the vast, picturesque mountains that surround it. The entire panorama is visible from, and accessible to us at Mountain’s Edge. This community is more than just a place; it is also a part of the rich history of Southern Nevada and one of the first communities to embrace the stunning beauty of the natural desert landscape. Mountain’s Edge is comprised of three well-maintained parks and offers the unique benefit of fresh air, hills, and walking and hiking paths right in your own backyard. The culmination of a dream long held by developer John A. Ritter and his Focus Property Group team, Mountain’s Edge contains 12,000 homes over 3,500 acres in the southwestern area of Las Vegas. Join Las Vegas Lights FC for a special youth soccer clinic focused on skill development, training, and fun at Paiute Park on Tuesday, June 9th, 2026 from 5:00pm – 7:00pm.

The clinic is open to boys and girls ages 6–16!

On this Memorial Day, we pause to reflect on their courage, service, and sacrifice, and we extend our gratitude to all those who have served and continue to serve.

🐾 Please pick up after your pets at all times, no matter where you are in the community. Let’s help keep our shared spaces clean and welcoming for all residents
🐕 Keep pets properly supervised at all times, whether inside your home, within an enclosed yard, or on a leash held by someone who can safely manage them
📍 Clark County law requires dogs to be on a leash when off your property, unless at a designated off-leash dog park

⚖️ Community Partner Spotlight: Meet Sandra Mendoza

As part of our Community Partner Spotlight series leading up to Girls Night, we’re excited to introduce Sandra Mendoza, a Case Manager with Temple Injury Law!

Sandra brings a strong work ethic and a motivated mindset to her role. Having grown up between California and Mexico before settling in Las Vegas, she learned early on the value of hard work. By high school, she was already balancing two jobs, and by just 20 years old, she had traveled extensively and purchased her first home on her own.

As a case manager, Sandra understands firsthand what clients go through, as her own family was involved in a serious motor vehicle accident. That experience allows her to support clients with empathy and care. She believes every Monday is a fresh start and an opportunity to begin again.

We’ve enjoyed highlighting the incredible women of the Temple Injury Law team and sharing their stories with the community.

VENDOR SERVICES HAVE BEEN RESCHEDULED

Due to potential inclement weather expected this weekend, the vendor services planned for April 11th have been RESCHEDULED to Saturday, April 18th, from 10am – 2pm.

The Community Garage Sale will still take place this Saturday, April 11th, from 7am – 2pm, and participating homes may host their sales as planned at the homeowner’s discretion.

✨ Vendor services (now happening April 18th) will include:

📄 Document shredding
💻 Electronic recycling
💜 Donation drop-offs
🌟 Additional vendor booths with home improvement resources and project inspiration

Please note: Residents will not be able to move their garage sale to April 18th, as gates for participating sub-associations are scheduled to be open for residents to shop THIS SATURDAY, April 11th only.
