ACE Aware stands in solidarity with the Black Lives Matter movement. Our organization is dedicated to educating people about how to help support children who have experienced trauma. 61% of all African Americans experience at least one ACE (Adverse Childhood Experience which the CDC indicates may shorten your life up to 20 years if a child experiences multiple ACEs).

As our country unites and tries to move forward to lessen traumas associated with racism, we stand alongside them. For those who have already been subjected to such trauma, we offer support and education for anyone interested in looking at these children through trauma-informed lenses as well as methods to help them cope.

Please look on our website for Las Vegas based community partners and for a trauma-informed training detailing how trauma can rewire children’s brains sending them into fight, flight, or freeze mode at the most benign occurrences.

Please visit aceaware.org and view our training.

Since our founding in 2019, we have been determined to make an impact on our most vulnerable - children experiencing traumas. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention estimates 45% of children experience at least one....

We are actively working on solutions to provide our community and to schools nationwide.
