The Veteran Service Officer Foundation - VSOF Support and help veterans and eligible claimants with claims for VBA benefits. We have applied for VSO Accreditation with the VBA to process claims.

We are a small team of four former VSOs and administrative staff with experience in helping over 1400 clients resulting in more than $80M in VA payments directly to the veteran or survivor. Once we are accredited, we'll be able to represent you to the VBA for claims. Currently, legacy caregivers in the VA Caregiver Support Program of Comprehensive Assistance for Family Caregivers do not have to appeal, per VA guidance.
Currently, no current participant - legacy Veteran Caregivers or post-expansion Veteran Caregivers - will be discharged due to an eligibility decision made under the current regulation. No further guidance is given at this time.
Disclaimer: All participants may still be discharged at any time for "cause."
