As part of our WHI education pillar, we are pleased to partner with ProStart, a nationally recognized high school program that prepares the next generation of hospitality leaders.

This month, WHI joined ProStart students at Rancho High School for a lesson with Erica Bell, GM and Lead Pizzaiola at Double Zero Pie & Pub | Chinatown Pizza. 🍕

Erica shared her career journey with an interactive dough-making demo, teaching the students fermentation, patience, and a pretty good life lesson: sometimes you have to give things time.  ✨
