Meet Squids he was trapped last night at a colony of a caretaker who always (rain or shine) maintains her colony. Anytime a new cat is spotted she gets on it right away. This caretaker understands that when dealing with cats time is of the essence. Things can go from managed to out of control in a week's time. Squids is unaltered and even though short haired he is matted. We have taken this boy in as our new Angel. Stay tuned for updates.

Silver update. Everyone remembers last week this 6 week old baby was brought to our vet loaded with fleas. Eyes sealed shut from seepage and an ulcer on his eye. He had tapeworms and was covered in p**p. The people who found him didn't have the funds to provide vet care. We took sweet Silver on and have been praying for a positive update since. Today we got the message he was well enough to come home. Looks like our little boy will be just fine. He talked the whole way home. I am not sure all his tales were believable however it was a fun conversation 🤣🤣🤣

Silver was brought to our vet today. When he was found outside tonight (being only 6 weeks old) his eyes were stuck shut with seepage and an ulcer was located on his eye. You can also see he has blow out p**pies to the point he wears it😭😭😭. This baby doesn't deserve to be this sick at such a young age. Babies should be feeling good and playing. Unfortunately, every kitten born on the streets is at risk of this terrible way of life most don't survive. Spay and Neuter is the only cure. Silver is one of the lucky ones, he is now in our care. So I am relatively certain we will be able to get him healthy and in a home of his own eventually. What about all the others born on the street daily? You can be a big part of reducing all the births of sickly kittens just by trapping cats you come across in your neighborhood. Don't forget The Animal Foundation has a program to help you do that. A part of your tax dollars goes to that program. Make your tax dollars count. Be a hero today Trap Neuter and Return. In the meantime pray for our boy Silver he needs you right now❤️❤️❤️❤️. Pacquiao was pulled from being euthanized, and by the time we reached the vet, he was so weak, we thought he had already passed. When he first arrived, he could barely take a single step without falling. There were moments we truly feared we wouldn’t be able to save him. He couldn’t eat on his own and required hand-feeding, daily medications, vitamins, and constant care just to keep him going.

But look at him now ❤️ He has come so far, and we are finally past the most critical stage. There is no longer the fear of losing him—he is growing strong, thriving, and when the time is right, finding him a loving family who will cherish him and give him the wonderful life he deserves.

Pacquiao’s recovery is only possible because of intensive care, time, and resources—and we still need help to continue his journey. If you are able, please consider helping to support his ongoing medical care, food, and rehabilitation. Every contribution truly makes a difference in giving him the life he deserves.
