Привіт!
Ми - натхненна і дружня команда благодійного фонду Ukrainian Refugee Fund, і ми хочемо запропонувати тобі долучитись до нашого волонтерського проєкту.
І не просто долучитись, а зайняти дуже відповідальну і цікаву посаду.

Зараз ми шукаємо big boss для нашого українського філіалу фонду.

В зону твоєї відповідальності входитиме:
- Зібрати команду волонтерів, роздавати їм завдання, допомагати їм і керувати їх діяльністю;
- Комунікувати з шелтерами чи пунктами прийому біженців щодо співпраці;
- Взаємодіяти із засновником нашого фонду і головним директором Аароном і нашою медіа командою, приймати участь в наших онлайн мітингах;
- Вирішувати організаційні питання.

З нами ти отримаєш неймовірний досвід, величезний плюс до свого резюме, але найголовніше - реальну можливість допомагати тим, хто цього потребує.

Зараз ми активно працюємо над розвитком нашого фонду і плануємо подаватись на гранти. Тому є перспектива також і матеріального винагородження твоїх зусиль.
Якщо ти, як і ми, не можеш залишатись осторонь і хочеш допомагати тим, хто постраждав від війни; якщо в тобі є сили і ентузіазм для виконання вищеперелічених обов’язків, чекаємо тебе з відкритими обіймами і серцями.

Привіт! На зв‘язку знову Ukrainian Refugee Fund.

Весь цей час ми продовжували допомагати та підтримувати біженців, що потрапляли в шелтер в Запоріжжі з різних куточків півдня та сходу України.
Через спілкування з біженцями та роботу з психологами викристалізувалася головна потреба багатьох з них наразі – це пошук роботи. Людям, які були змушені покинути свої рідні міста та втратили стабільність і впевненість в завтрашньому дні, складно шукати роботу в нових реаліях. Відсутність знайомих та тих, до кого б можна було звернутися за порадою в пошуках нового місця роботи.

Наша команда вирішила долучитись до вирішення цього питання, і долучитися з максимально ефективним рішенням. Тому зараз ми розробляємо дещо цікаве, а Ви слідкуйте за оновленнями!

Today we would like to finally introduce you to the founder and one of the main driving forces of the Ukrainian Refugee Fund. Meet Aaron.

Aaron is a software developer and entrepreneur. He has spent many years traveling in Eastern Europe, Ukraine, Russia, and Central Asia.

After having made good friends with people in Ukraine, and seeing the toll the war is taking on the population he decided to found the Ukrainian Refugee Fund.

Aaron is currently in Ukraine working with folks who have direct contact with refugees. He is also coordinating volunteers across a wide variety of fields, helping the URF make a positive impact in Ukraine.

The driving force is always people, remember? People who really take care of others. These people are always welcome in our fund😉 Join the team, contacting us via DM or email [email protected]

Meet Edgar. A person we sincerely admire.

Edgar is a psychotherapist and a passionate volunteer with a deep love for his country. He wants every Ukrainian to have the opportunity for a better future. Therefore, when a full-scale war broke out in Ukraine, Edgar almost immediately responded to his friend's proposal to set up a fund to help refugees.

Currently he is near the frontlines connecting with refugees, strategizing the most effective ways to help each individual. He helps the shelter, where more and more refugees arrive every day.

The war in Ukraine has many stories. These are the stories of sadness and suffering, faith and support. Each of them is unique and valuable and we want to share them with you. Stories of people who left Mariupol on foot, under fire. Stories of convoy shelling and filtration camps. Stories of children losing parents and people who evacuated from the center of hell on Earth and experienced the horrors, difficult to imagine in the modern world.
