Reset Behavior is growing, and we’re looking for 2 amazing RBTs to join our team! 🧡

Imagine having a three-day weekend every single week while still working full-time, building your career, and making a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families. 🙌

🗓️ Full-Time Schedule:
Monday–Thursday | 7:45 AM–6:30 PM
🎉 Closed Fridays and weekends!

📢 Exciting changes are coming to Reset Behavior!

Our current clinic address at 1091 S. Cimarron Road is expected to change toward the end of August as we prepare to move into our new, larger location!

Please note that the end-of-August timeline is currently an estimate. Our official move date and new address will be shared with families and staff as soon as the space is finalized and ready.

With that being said, Reset Behavior will also be transitioning our staff to a four-day work schedule:

🕒 Monday–Thursday: 7:45 AM–6:30 PM
🚫 Friday clinic services will be discontinued after our move!

🎉 We’ve been getting this question a lot… “Do you offer a program for individuals who have completed their 40-hour RBT training but still need a competency done?”

The answer is YES!! 💙

At Reset Behavior, our Provisional Employee Program is designed for individuals who have completed their 40-hour RBT course and are ready to take the next step toward becoming a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).

Through this structured program, you’ll gain supervised clinical experience, complete your Initial Competency Assessment with a BCBA, learn from an experienced clinical team, and receive guidance as you work toward your RBT certification.

✨ Program Details:
• $200 Program Fee (includes BCBA supervision, competency assessment, and background check)
• 60-day completion timeline
• Shadow experienced clinicians in a real ABA clinic setting
• Opportunity to be considered for employment upon successful completion of the program, interview performance, and current staffing needs.

At Reset Behavior, we believe that taking care of our team allows us to continue providing the highest quality care to the families we serve. 💙

To give our incredible RBTs, BCBAs, and administrative team an opportunity to rest, recharge, and spend quality time with their loved ones, our offices will be closed from June 29 through July 5, 2026, for our First Annual Reset Summer Break.

✨ We will reopen and resume all services on Monday, July 6, 2026.
