Led by Jonathan Tri Nguyen of Houston, TX, Trại Bình Tâm II has officially opened its gates to more than 300 Vietnamese-American Scouts, Scouters, and families at the breathtaking Schoepe Scout Reservation at Lost Valley! This national Jamboree brings together members from 12 Lien Doan across the U.S., along with special guests—two visiting troops from Scouts Australia.
From June 29 to July 5, 2025, the valley will echo with the sounds of laughter, learning, and leadership. Subcamps are organized for Cub Scouts, Scouts BSA, Venturers, and even parents—ensuring everyone gets a full dose of the Scouting experience.
This camp also includes the 4th Trại Hè Ngành Thiếu, headed by Camp Chief Mindy Nguyen from Orange County, CA. Scouts can choose from 30 Merit Badges as they continue their journey toward the rank of Eagle Scout.
Beyond the badges and campfires, this week is about forging lifelong friendships, sharpening outdoor skills, and living the values that unite Scouts around the world. Adventure awaits—Trại Bình Tâm II is officially underway!
