A little Elemental update

Elemental Dance Company has been accepted to perform in Dance in the Desert, an annual dance festival here in Las Vegas hosted by the New Dance Foundation.

As a guest company, this is not our own production, which means Elemental does not receive ticket revenue from the festival. We are raising $1,500 by August 1, 2026 to help fairly compensate our dancers and cover production costs for this performance.
Our dancers give so much time, training, energy, and artistry to these works, and your support helps us honor that in a real and tangible way.

Whether you donate, attend a performance, share our campaign, or simply cheer us on, thank you. Your support helps us continue building artist-centered dance in Las Vegas.

Thank you to everyone who attended our in-person auditions.

We are so grateful for the time, energy, and artistry each dancer brought into the room. It was such a joy to witness your movement, creativity, and openness in the space.

Virtual auditions are still open through July 26 for dancers who would like to be considered for the start of our 2026/2027 season.

We can’t wait for this next chapter of growth, creativity, and community.

Company dancer Kaysha Hatfield returns to the stage with Elemental Dance Company, bringing her artistry, strength, and presence into this season’s performance.

This show is especially meaningful as Kaysha will also premiere her new work, Neptune an original piece that reflects her creative voice as an emerging choreographer. We are so proud to celebrate her not only as a dancer, but as an artist stepping into new depths of storytelling and creation.

A glimpse into the studio with company member .mccann as he prepares to take the stage with Elemental Dance Company in Threads A Choreographers Showcase.

In addition to performing with the company, Ryan will also be premiering his new work, Luscious Trash. We’re excited to share his artistry both as a dancer and as a choreographer in our show.

We are seeking contemporary dancers with a strong ballet foundation, expressive artistry, professionalism, and a desire to be part of a collaborative creative environment.

Elemental is rooted in mind, body, and artistry, and we are building a company culture where dancers can grow, create, and perform while being supported as whole artists.

Elemental Dance Company is raising funds for Threads: A Choreographer’s Showcase, our upcoming community-funded dance performance centered around local artists, storytelling, and mental health awareness through movement.

Every gift helps us cover production costs, create opportunities for local artists, and continue growing contemporary dance here in Las Vegas.

In honor of Mental Health Awareness Month, we’re so excited to share Mind. Body. Artistry. A Dancer’s Wellness Journal Volume 1.

Mental health has always been an important part of Elemental Dance Company’s mission. We believe dancers deserve spaces where they can grow not only as artists, but as whole people.
This 4-week digital journal was created to give dancers a little more space to pause, reflect, and check in with themselves beyond the studio and stage.

Inside, you’ll find daily prompts around awareness, stress and recovery, confidence and self-talk, balance, intention, and caring for your mind, body, and artistry.
This is Volume 1, a mini guided edition and the beginning of something we hope to keep growing for dancers.
