At WHIP, we re-connect men and women to their communities in the fight to reduce recidivism and homelessness. We invest in the lives of not only the ones struggling but the lives of all our neighbors as well. Proper guidance and direction aides in building the healthy environments for men and women to thrive, and empower themselves to create lasting change in their own lives. We believe this will in turn make our neighborhoods a safer place to live for us all. Every person should have the opportunity to achieve his/her fullest potential and participate in and contribute to all aspects of life.
