PBS SoCal is seeking a Major Gifts Officer to cultivate and steward a portfolio of philanthropic supporters who believe in the power of storytelling, education, and community connection. This role will help advance the mission of public media by aligning donor passions with programs that inform, inspire, and serve millions across Southern California.

✨ Manage and grow relationships with major donors
✨ Develop strategic giving opportunities
✨ Support programming that reaches nearly 22 million viewers

This is a hybrid role based in Southern California, with a salary range of $125K–$150K (higher for senior-level candidates with significant major gift experience).
